• All tour packages offered by Curly Tales Tour and Travels are non-customizable unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

• Travel during festivals, peak seasons, holidays, and special events may attract additional charges.

• Early bookings may provide better room categories, preferred vehicle allocations, preferred seating arrangements, upgraded services, and promotional discounts, subject to availability.

• Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification and their booking voucher (digital or printed). International travelers must also carry valid passports and visas.

• Children below 5 years of age may stay free where permitted by hotel policies. Food, beverages, and any additional expenses incurred for such children shall be payable directly by the traveler.

• Additional charges may apply for extra travelers, including children aged 5–12 years and adults.

• Standard room categories are provided unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.

• Meals provided by hotels and resorts are served according to the property's fixed schedules and may be offered as buffet or fixed-menu services.

• Charges for optional hotel amenities and services such as early check-in, late check-out, Wi-Fi, mini-bar consumption, recreational facilities, and other paid amenities shall be borne directly by the guest.

• Travelers acknowledge that infrastructure, service standards, and hospitality levels may vary in remote or developing destinations and agree to cooperate with local service providers.

• Package prices may change due to fuel cost increases, tax revisions, government regulations, supplier pricing changes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the control of Curly Tales Tour and Travels.

• Any services not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, including additional meals, sightseeing tours, transfers, permits, activities, or accommodations, shall incur extra charges.

• Verbal abuse, harassment, threatening conduct, or violent behavior toward staff, fellow travelers, drivers, hotel personnel, or service providers will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• In cases of force majeure, road closures, operational difficulties, or service disruptions, Curly Tales Tour and Travels reserves the right to substitute accommodations or services with similar-category alternatives.

• Our team strives to provide a seamless travel experience. Guests experiencing any service-related concerns may contact our support team, available 24×7, for prompt assistance.

• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm any booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

• Premium and higher-category packages may require 50% to 100% advance payment depending on supplier and hotel requirements.

• Failure to complete payment before arrival may result in suspension or cancellation of services without liability on the part of Curly Tales Tour and Travels.

• Payments may be made through Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, Google Pay, or official payment links provided by Curly Tales Tour and Travels.

• Guests must provide payment proof and a valid identity document to initiate the booking process.

• Any discrepancy in the booking confirmation voucher must be reported immediately upon receipt.

• All amendment and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels.

• The token amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable.

• No cancellations will be accepted within 20 days of the travel date.

• Requests to postpone or prepone travel dates within 15 days of arrival will not be entertained except in cases of force majeure, serious illness, family tragedy, or other exceptional circumstances approved by management.

• In approved rescheduling cases, package costs may vary according to prevailing seasonal rates and additional advance payments may be required.

• No refunds shall be provided for unused, missed, or partially utilized services, including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing tours, transfers, permits, entry tickets, or complimentary inclusions.

• Premium and luxury category bookings are governed by the cancellation policies of the respective hotels and suppliers, in addition to applicable service and convenience charges.

• Curly Tales Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund in the following situations:

• Booking invoices issued by Curly Tales Tour and Travels are transferable. If a guest is unable to travel due to personal or professional reasons, the booking may be transferred to another individual.

• The new traveler may request changes to travel dates, destination, inclusions, exclusions, or traveler count, subject to availability, revised pricing, and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
